Special Comments of concerns from Elected Board Members - The following are opinions of the boardmemebers, and not statements of fact: Political presentation - community lacks verbal representation from representatives. Chairs of subcommittees should submit reports at LVCPC’s main at end of month. Feel Linda Vista’s needs are being put at "back-burner" by City. Questions about the progress of the developer (City Link) for the trolley project. Treat Linda Vista as a whole when issues are discussed, not for individual matters. Improving of the Linda Vista citizen patrol participation. More harsh punishment for graffitti. Police suggested keep staying on top of it and to file in court if the offender is known. Form an agenda committee for issues for following meeting. More time given to members by City on decisions of issues given because LVCPC members feel that things are pushed on them with less time to think them over, and maybe to include it in the by-laws. Advertising of monthly meetings to the public encouraging better attendance of Linda Vista residents. Meeting (COMPACT - Community Planners Advisory Committee on Transportation - meeting once a month. Compliments were given to Bob Williams for his dedication and useful, always close at hand when needed by members. Thank you Bob!
