Minutes of February was approved, motioned by Doug Beckham and seconded by Don Armitage after some corrections.
Public & Government Aides' Reports: Ron Tomcek -- Safe Streets Now and the properties are under consideration will be discussed at the Library Tuesday night (28), at the Linda Vista Library. Meeting will be open to the public. Doug Beckham -- Fund raising for Drunk Driving Awareness for kids, Kearny High School is getting the ball rolling, Linda Vista Leaders put in $1000 but funding is still short. Constact Doug Beckham for further information. This program is pretty much for the junior and senior from Kearny High School. Donation jar was passed around and a motion was made and passed for the dollar amount of $132.00. Charles Johnson, of the Civic Association, is in process of dealing with a million dollar teen center adjacent to the Boys and Girls Club. Grover -- census fair and other activities at the Bayside facilities. Jo-Ann Carini announced the end of her term of serving on the Board. She will be greatly missed and she will be hard to be replaced.

Police Report: Gang related issues -- geographic restraints are forbidden to certain gain members.
Public Aides' Report: Marilyn Mirrasoul of Valerie Stallings' office -- City Link project will be back on April 6th. Refer to tape. Community Development Block Grant Fund -- specific request for money can be sent to Marilyn.
City of San Diego -- Nabil Batta -- Linda Vista Trunk Sewer Phase II.
Old Business:
Election: By-laws were re-enforced by Ron Tomcek, seconded by Mike O'Brien, passed unanimously. Chair clarify representations of Board Members in area to be represented in the next election.

Animal Shelter -- New joint use project Animal Shelter/Humane Society in one location at Gaines Street.
Rob Spahitz -- Tecolote Canyon -- April 8th, 2000 host by the Kumeyaay Indians.
Jo-Ann Carini -- Landscpae Maintenance District -- free trees to give away to residents.
