Doug Beckham, representing the LVCPC, will give an update on the Heart of San Diego Project regarding the proposed construction on the City's recently acquired land at Linda Vista Road and Comstock Street. Alfrieda Jackson will offer discussion on a proposal for Jewett Street Speed Bumps. |
