  • University of San Diego (USD) Lower West Parking Structure (revisited) - (15 minutes) - Roger Manion, Director of Facilities Management.  The Board will vote on this propsoed multi-level parking structure.
  • Manning Street Sewer Replacement (revisited) - (5 minutes) - Nabil Batta, Enigneering and Capial Projects, City of San Diego Project Manager -- Proposed project to replace an exposed 12-inch PVC sewer main with an iron main along Tecolote Canyon near Manning Street.
  • Woodbury University School of Architecture Renovation - (5 minutes) - James Brown, Architect.  The Board vote on a conditional use permit (CUP) for an architectural school in an existing building at 1040 Sherman Street.  Off-street student parking will be addressed.
  • Lanston Street Canyon Access Street Vacation (revisted)  - (5 minutes) - Robert Mathers -- Design, function, and use
