  • Morena Trolley Station Development Project (20 minutes) - William Jones, City Link - Update on the proposed Commercial/Residential development project at the Morena Trolley Station parking area on Napa Street and Linda Vista Road.
  • San Diego Gas and Electric Service Yard Project (5 minutes) - Mark Chomyn, Principle Land Owner, Real Estate & Facilities Department of Sempra Energy - SDG&E's proposed replacement of the Benicia & Gaines Street facility's fencing and landscaping.
  • University of San Diego (USD) Lower West Parking Structure (revisited) (5 minutes) - Roger Manion, Director of Facilities Management - Update of discussions with the subcommittee, community members, etc.
  • Ulric/Comstock Street Vacation (10 minutes) - Charles McManus, property owner - Revisit of the requested street vacation of a strip reserved for a future road and access to Tecolote Canyon, at the north end of Ulric and Comstock Streets.
