Lea Reyes was introduced. She wrote a letter to the Mayor about stoplights on intersection of Glidden and Linda Vista Road. She is a high school student. She was commended for her activism.

Nicole Capretz from Donna Fry's office reported that left turn out will be added at LV Road and Las Cumbres, a light at Richland and Genesee in Feb. and looking into a light at LV Road and Glidden. Talked about reactions to the Housing Forum held at Bayside. Lead & Paint abatement plan for Linda Vista. It is a public Safety issue. Member requested that there be documentation provided about the danger of lead based paint.
Jason Weisz from Christine Kehoe's office spoke, as did Kevin Decker from Howard Wayne's office.
Announcement: Next planning meeting will be held at Bayside and it will be a Workshop on the City of Villages presented by the City Planning Dept.
William Jones provided the group with the latest update on the Trolley Stop Development at the entrance to Linda Vista on Morena Blvd.
Rick Bussel made a motion that the Planning Committee supports the efforts of William Jones in developing the project. Seconded by Greg Edwards. Passed 10 in favor 2 opposed.
Minutes of last meeting were approved as presented.
Treasurer's report $38.61 was collected with a balance in bank of $446.19.

Agenda Setting meeting on February 11
Since there is a planning Workshop at Bayside on February 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. the agenda will be the Workshop on the City of Villages.
Gary Stang asked to be placed on March Agenda and to have meeting at Skateworld. Will take request to Chairperson Ed Cramer. All agreed to the request.
Elections will be held in March.
Census Tract 90 will have one opening
Census Tract 89 will have two openings
Census Tract 83 will have three openings
At large elections will be held in April.
