MINUTES FOR
FEBRUARY 25, 2002
February meeting was held at Bayside Community Center on February 25th. Vice Chair Doug Beckham called the meeting to order. All members were present except for two excused absences: Ed Cramer and Jo-Ann Carini.

The meeting was then turned over to the City of San Diego Planning Dept. They held a workshop on the City of Villages concept. Also in attendance to lend a hand were staff from San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) and Metropolitan Transit Development Board (MTDB.)  The meeting was well attended by 200+ people and can be seen on the Cityscape Television Network on Time/Warner cable channel 24.
