• LVCPC Member-At-Large Elections, Ron Tomcek.  The LVCPC will hold its annual Member-at-Large elections.  Fill out and submit an application at the meeting.  (15 minutes)
• Skateworld Update, Gary Stang. Information on the Skateworld lease renewal.  (5 minutes)
• People for Trees, Donna Griffith, Projects Director. Presentation on which services are offered to Linda Vista and other communities at little-to-no cost.  i.e. Free fifteen (15) gallon shade trees offered.  (10 minutes)
• Mini-Storage for Sherman Street, Doug Jensen, Managing Partner of Storage, etc. Conversion of existing industrial building at 1040 Sherman Street into a landscaped self-storage facility.  (10 minutes)
• Mission Valley YMCA Gymnastics Center, Dick Webster, Executive Director and Lin Martin, YMCA Boardmember. The YMCA Gymnastics Center at 5485 Gaines Street requests an extension of the effective date of the San Diego City Zoning Ordinance 0-18514 which rezones certain properties along Gaines Street between Napa and Azusa Streets from M-1A to CC-5-1 from 4-21-2003 to 4-21-2005.  (15 minutes)
• Landscape Maintenance Assessment District (LMAD) Election, Ron Tomcek. Submission of LMAD Committee's annual list of nominations.  List will remain open until June LVCPC election meeting.  (5 minutes)
