• LVCPC Officer Board Elections, Wayne Bamford. Election of the Planning Committee's Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer for Planning Committee year 2002-2003.

• Police Officer Recognition, Ed Cramer. Recognition of San Diego Police Western Division's Police Officers Derek Miller and Todd Binney for their assistance to the Linda Vista community. (10  minutes)
• City Traffic Signal Synchronization, Victoria Cole, Associate Traffic Engineer, City of San Diego Traffic Engineering Department. Update on traffic signals, synchronization and other traffic matters as they pertain to Linda Vista and San Diego at large.  (20 minutes)
• Mission Valley YMCA Gymnastics Center, Dick Webster, Executive Director and Lin Martin, YMCA Board member. The YMCA Gymnastics Center at 5485 Gaines Street requests an extension of the effective date of the San Diego City Zoning Ordinance 0-18514 which rezones certain properties along Gaines Street between Napa and Azusa Streets from M-1A to CC-5-1 from 4-21-2003 to 4-21-2005.  (20 minutes)
