Meeting called to order at 7:03 by Chair Ed Cramer
Flag Ceremony was conducted by Kearny High School's Army Junior ROTC Color Guard Unit
Roll Call was conducted by temporary Secretary Grover Diemert
Jo Anne Carini, Gail Cole, Greg Edwards, Ron Tomcek, Don Wetzel were excused and Liliani Stiffler and Janice Richmond were absent
Kevin Smith announced that Silver Terrace Park will have a ribbon cutting ceremony on Dec 11 and that Linda Vista Council Day for Council member Frye will be October 10 at 12 to 2 pm

Claussen Residence Project # 10079
They request adding a basement which would expand the total sq. feet by 452 square feet.
Don Ballantyne Chair of zoning committee moved to approve the request. Rich Bussell seconded the motion. 11 in favor of motion and one opposed.
We had an energy Conservation presentation
