LVCPC General Board Elections. Ron Tomcek, subcommittee Chair. The LVCPC will hold its annual census tract elections. Anyone can participate, prepare and submit an application at the meeting. (15 minutes.)

Bayview Motel Legal Update. Makini Hammond, Deputy City Attorney. Report by the City Attorney on progress by the City of San Diego to resolve the policing problems at this location. (10 minutes.)

San Diego Housing Commission. Rob Albrecht, Program Analyst 619-578-7539.  Public Hearing on the FY04 Action Plan . Presentation of development strategies and programs for a community economic planning document which provides $30 million in federal funds for home ownership, rental assistance, and rental housing production. (15 minutes.)

Morena Vista Project. William Jones, President, City Link Investments. Report from Zoning Subcommittee and action on proposal for development at the MTD Trolley Station. (20 minutes).

Subcommittee Chair Assignment Considerations. Ed Cramer, LVCPC Chair. Subcommittee Chair Assignment Consideration, Landscape Maintenance, Code Compliance, and Lead Abatement Task Force.  (10 minutes.)
