•	Public Facilities Finance Plan Vote. Marco Camacho, San Diego City Project Manager of Facilities Financing. Board vote on the Planned City projects in Linda Vista. (40 minutes.)
•	Riley Street Condo Conversion. Byron Slater (Owner), 858-483-4477. Tentative map to convert 6 residential units to condominiums on a .142 acre site at 5763 Riley St. in the RM 3-7 Zone. (15 min.)
•	Mildred Street Garden Terraces. Jose Semper, 238-5201. Planned development Permit to construct 6 residential apartment units with 10,021 sq ft and garages with 3,159 sq ft on a vacant 9,109 sq ft site at 5971 Mildred St. in the RM 3-7 Zone. Campus parking impact. (15 min.)
•	San Diego Gas and Electric Lay Down Yard and Sub Station Remodeling Update. Patrick O'Neil, Sempra Energy. An update from the LVCPC subcommittee and Sempra Energy on the state of plans by the company. (30 min.)
•	Piling replacement, Morley Street Park. Wayne Bamford, LVCPC. A report requesting support to remodel the deteriorated pilings in the Strip prior to the Multi-Cultural Fair. (5 min.)
