Annual Election of Committee Members. Ron Tomcek, Election Committee Chair. Eligibility for this election of nine (9) positions is by census tract. A second election will be held at the April meeting to fill any unfilled census tract positions and two (2) at large positions. The election of officers will be held at the May 23, 2005 meeting. The March 28 ,2005 and April 25, 2005 elections are open to the public of Linda Vista. The election of officers in May is voted upon solely by committee members.

Graffiti Strike Force Report. Officer Scott Wahl, San Diego Police Department.

Linda Vista Redevelopment Project Area Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program. Libby Day, San Diego Redevelopment Agency. 619-533-5372. The proposed new Loan Program will be outlined before going to the Agency for adoption. Approximately $200,000 is currently available for lending with the expectation that an additional $100,000 will become available in the future.

Linda Vista Redevelopment Project Area Proposal. Libby Day, San Diego Redevelopment Agency. 619-533-5372. Outline of the proposal for the SD City (Redevelopment Agency) owned Skateworld Property and adjacent corner which will go before the Land Use and Housing Committee on April 6, 2005.

Conditional Use Permit (Process 3) (Project #59405) to allow sale of alcoholic beverages under an ABC 21-offsale license to replace an existing ABC 20-offsale license in the 2460 sq ft convenience store located at 7631 Linda Vista Road. Park and Recreation Maintenance Challenges During Lean Financial Times. Trailed from the February 28, 2005 meeting. Ways and means to improve maintenance will be reviewed with special focus on Silver Terrace Park located on Friars Road.
