Election of Officers (Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer) for the 2005/2006 year.  Ron Tomcek, Nominating Committee Chair.  Election of officers is solely by the elected committee members. (5 minutes)

Tecolote Fire Prevention Program.  Informational Item.  Ranger Janice Lavalle. (5 minutes)

•

Linda Vista Baptist Church CUP and Planned Development Permit.  Project #44257.  (Process 4) Maximum height requested to 44’ for a new 8,105 sq ft church with a 53’ church spire on a 1.21 acre site at 2706 Korink Ave. in the RS-1-7 Zone.  John Pyjar, Architect.  619-692-9393.  Church structure requires replacement and no additional capacity is planned to satisfy parking requirements. (10 minutes)

Mesa College Drive Future.  Discussion and action on proposal to have the extension of Mesa College Drive to Genesee Drive placed back in to the Linda Vista Community Plan.  Somehow in l999 the extension was deleted from the plan.  Ron Tomcek and Wayne Bamford. (10 minutes)

Linda Vista Portfolio Preliminary Development Plans (Three Bernie Lewis Properties facing Ulric, Fulton, and Osler Streets).  This informational item will be presented by The Olson Company representative, Grace Wilson, Director of Development 858-784-6554.  The Olson Company is in negotiations to redevelop the three properties owned by Bernie Lewis which currently contain a total of 422 apartments.  (20 Minutes)

Wireless Telecom Facility @ USD.  (Project # 71239) This action item involves the proposed installation of 12 antennas by Nextel to be located at the Jenny Craig Pavilion and the Joan Kroc Peace and Justice Building.  All antennas will be screened from view with matching color and textured areas so that the site is invisible to all viewers.  Anne Ford, 858-650-4253, mobile 760-250-0242  (10 minutes)

Colima Linda Tentative Map (Project # 70339).  This (Process 4) action item calls for the conversion of 116 existing residential units to condominiums on a 4.021 acre site at 7575 Linda Vista Road in RM-2-5 Zone within the Linda Vista Community Plan.  Shira Stern, 858-646-4772.  (10 minutes)

Tait Street Tentative Map (Project # 68875).  This (Process 4) action item calls for the conversion of 16 existing residential units to condominiums on .65 acre site at 6704 Tait Street in the RM-3-7 Zone within the Linda Vista Community Plan.  Sarah Marijana 619-422-7269.  (10 minutes)

•

Formation of a Public Safety Sub-Committee.  Discussion of the need to form a committee to monitor and advise on safety for all events in the Community Planning area which are publicly funded.  Ron Tomcek (5 minutes)
