Board Replacement Election. Wayne Bamford. Nomination and election of a new Board member to fill a vacated board seat resulting from a  resignation (5 minutes.)

Landscape Maintenance Assessment District (LMAD) Election. Annual election of representative to Linda Vista's road landscaping board. (5 minutes.)

Colima Linda Tentative Map (Project # 70339).  This (Process 4) action item calls for the conversion of 116 existing residential units to condominiums on a 4.021 acre site at 7575 Linda Vista Road in RM-2-5 Zone within the Linda Vista Community Plan.  Shira Stern, 858-646-4772.  (10 minutes)
