 Main Presentation

•

Colima Linda Tentative Map (Project # 70339).  This (Process 4) action item calls for the conversion of 116 existing residential units to condominiums on a 4.021 acre site at 7575 Linda Vista Road in RM-2-5 Zone within the Linda Vista Community Plan.  Shira Stern, 858-646-4772.  (10 minutes)

Mesa College Drive Extension. This item was a subject of an earlier special meeting and will be reviewed again, taking into account subsequent meetings with the Clairemont CPC and others. The objective will be to determine the best way to protect the canyon area from encroachment such as defining the entire area as Dedicated Open Space.
•

Judson Street Traffic Bumps. The City Traffic Engineer has given the committee more time to review this request/petition by 41 residents in the area near Judson and Fulton Streets.
•

Overlook Heights Traffic Discussion. A discussion of possible traffic improvement for the intersection of Lillian and Viola Streets in the Overlook Heights area. A resident has requested three-way stop signs. Rick Bussell and Roy Hughes, who live close to the intersection, will review and report on their findings.
