Redevelopment Agency Organization Assessment Work Plan. Discussion on the future of the City of San Diego's Redevelopment Division to (1) remain as City staff; (2) become and independent "corporation" supporting the Redevelopment Agency of the City; or (3) merging with the City's Housing Commission..
