Park Mesa Canyon Redirection of Flow (ROF).  The ROF Study examined the financial and technical feasibility of moving sewer pipes out of the canyon and into city streets.  The Park Mesa Canyon area is located south of Kearny High School and northwest of Chesterton.  The current sewer line runs directly down the canyon.  Khoa Dao, Asst. Manning Canyon Sewer Upgrade.  Manning Canyon is a small canyon running southwesterly into Tecolote Canyon from Manning and Preece Streets.  This sewer upgrade is being evaluated as part of the Canyon Sewer Program, initiated by City Council Policies 400-13 and 400-14.  The programs goal is to protect and improve sewer infrastructure while minimizing impacts to sensitive canyon resources.  Farid Sadeghipour, Assoc.
