•	Comments by Donna Frye, Council Member, District 6. Council Member Frye, if not detained by Council obligations, hopes to update us on matters relating to the city and our community.
•	Annual At-Large Election of Committee Members. Wayne Bamford,, Election Committee. Eligibility for this election of ( 3 ) positions is not confined to census tract representation and is open to the public of Linda Vista. The election of officers in May will be voted upon solely by committee members. (15 minutes)
•	Proposed Prime Industrial Land Expansion in the Morena area. The Planning Department, as part of the General Plan update, has been asked by our Council Member, Donna Frye, to expand Prime Industrial Land in our area as well as in northeastern Kearny Mesa.
