Public announcements
Donna Frye’s office distributed Frye Lights and announced budget hearing at Catamaran Resort Hotel 399 Mission Boulevard at 5 pm
Lori Saldana’s office distributed the Saldana Sun. She announced the progress of several bills that the Representative is supporting.
Brian Schoenfisch announced that the COW, Community Orientation Workshop has been rescheduled for June 23. All new members are required to attend.
Estella Klink, Housing Counselor, announced that a housing fair will be held at Bayside on May 17th from 6 – 8 pm. Dinner will be served. RSVP to Estella at 858-278-0771
Next meeting of planning committee will be May 21st. One week early due to Memorial Day Holiday.

Community Plan Amendment/Rezone Dedication Procedural Update presentation by Brian Schoenfisch.
Detailed information was distributed to all. Clarifications were made by Brian Schoenfisch. A vote will be taken at next meeting to approve or deny support for the change. All are asked to keep their copies of information for next meeting.

There are 48 street lights not operating in Linda Vista at this time.
Fashion Walk project has been sold by D.R. Horton to Avalon Company. It will now be apartments instead of Condominiums. Work has commenced again.
Minutes of March meeting were approved: Ric Bussel made motion and Rob Spahitz seconded the motion.
