• Metropolitan Wastewater Proposals. Department staff has requested time to present two items relating to Tecolote Canyon. 1) Redirection of Flow (ROF) study which attempts to determine technological and financial possibility to redirect flow out of canyon mains and into mains in the City right-of-way, and 2) Detailing plans for Long Term Maintenance and Emergency Access Plan. • Montgomery Park/Mark Twain Park Sites. S. D. Park and Recreation Department has advocated Montgomery School Park as part of the Unity on the Hill project. Various committee members have requested that the committee vote on their park preference for the record. (5 minutes).
• Linda Vista Economic Summit Report, Fall, 2007. A report and subsequent discussion on the results of a joint meeting held on January 19, 2007, at USD. Attending were six members of the LV Planning Committee plus various members of the Linda Vista Civic Association, the Linda Vista Community Development Corporation, and a moderator from USD. (15 minutes).
• Morley Park Transfer from the Redevelopment Agency to Park and Recreation. Committee to vote on this proposal. (5 minutes).
• Food Dumping Ordinance. Discussion on recent developments in control of food dumping with the implications for public health. (5 minutes).
