 Annual Election of Committee Members by Census Tract. – The election to fill vacancies (13) in the following census tracts:  CT#86 (3), CT#87.01 (2), CT#88.0 (1), CT#89.01 (2), CT#90.0 (1), CT#91.05 (2), At Large (2).  Vacancies which still exist following the March election will be filled by a subsequent At- Large election at the April  meeting.   Two additional vacancies will also become available at that time due to the pending resignation of two members.  (15 minutes).  Action Item.
• San Diego Humane Society – Kim Shannon will provide an update on the Sherman Street facility.  (10 minutes).
• Public Storage Pacific Highway, Project # 109986 (12/28/06).  Resubmittal  (Process 3) Coastal Development Permit and Site Development Permit to demolish 2 existing single story buildings and construct a 4 story self storage building of 102,856 sq ft on a 4.774 acre lot with 7 existing single story storage building at 5175 Pacific Highway in the IL-3-1 Zone of the Linda Vista Community Plan.  Coastal City and State, Community Plan Implementation ‘A’ Parking Impact.  Applicant Dean Grobbelaar, 949-465-8290, Project Manager, John Cruz, 619-446-5439, jacruz@sandiego.gov.  (10 minutes).
