2 Report from Redevelopment Agency regarding the November 18, 2008 recommendation to the City Council/Redevelopment Board and their decision about the Skateworld lease and building. Maureen Ostrye and Eliana Barreiros 10 minutes

3 Mitigated Negative Declaration (available electronically) for the USD Wellness Center (140201) will be evaluated and community/LVPG’s input will be sent to the City. After receiving a final assessment letter this will become an action item in early 2009. Donna Erickson 10 minutes

4 Water Group Project is replacing the water cast iron pipes in several sections of Linda Vista. They are at the 30% Design Phase and Project Engineer, Roberto Vejar-Parra, will give us details. 10 minutes 5 Update on proposed grocery store in the former Curves building at 5401 Linda Vista Road. New business owner, Willie Talia, seeks Beer & Wine Liquor License. Questions and Answers presentation will be given by consultant Michel Anderson. 10 minutes
