1. Approval of Planning Group minutes for Oct 2008, Nov 2008, January 2009, February 2009 -- 10 minutes
2. Election of Board Members -- all eligible voters in attendance will vote on the new Linda Vista Planning Group board members from the nominees presented at the February meeting, per our bylaws.

Information Items:

1. Tecolote Transit Complex, Brian Mulvane. Presentation of the proposed transit complex located at Tecolote Road and Morena Blvd, including the trolley line. -- 15 minutes
2. Community Forest Advisory Board, Vicki Estrada -- 25 minutes
3. Planning Board Election Results -- 5 minutes
