  4. USD Project Group, Mark Rowson, Latitude 33 Engineering, 15 minutes
    1. Renovations to Torero Baseball Park
    2. Intercollegiate Athletic Center and Office Building
    3. Soccer Field and Underground Parking
  5. 7052 Fulton Tentative Map to create 23 residential condominiums (under construction) and convert 6 residential units to condominiums. Mike Contreras, 10 minutes
  6. Sprint Tecolote Canyon, Neighborhood Use Permit to build a wireless communication facility in Tecolote Canyon, Ann Wulftange, 10 minutes
  7. Formation of an Ad Hoc Committee to work with Dr. Cepeda on Mesa College’s Canyon Day to benefit local elementary school students. Donna Erickson and Gail Cole, 10 minutes
  8. Approval to write letter of support and/or request to clean up the painting/graffiti at Thrift Village. Jo-Ann Carini, 5 minutes

  2. Update on the status of the Unity on the Hill Project at the former USDHS site by John Moshy and Sean Dyer on behalf of the Irvine Company, the new developer, 15 minutes
  3. Overview of the election process which occurs in March, Wayne Bamford, 5 mintues
  4. The City Attorney has approved the proclamation for Doug Beckham Day in San Diego to be on January 29th, 2008. City Council will be holding a special order of business, as Councilmember Frye presents him with a proclamation, Rick Bussell, 5 minutes
