3 A significant number of Cycle Review issues need to be resolved by Metro Wine (#154083) and AT&T Kearny Mesa Park Wireless Facility (#156016) projects. Therefore, the LVPG is postponing a vote until the applicants re/submit all requested documents to the City, until the LVPG Chair receives a final assessment letter. Margarita Castro
